Research Projects
Our Current Focus
Epigenetics
Epigenetics is the study of heritable changes in gene expression that don't involve alterations to the DNA sequence, influenced by factors like environment and lifestyle.
MOWChIP
MOWChIP is a microfluidic device used for efficient chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) on small cell samples, enabling precise analysis of protein-DNA interactions in epigenetics.
lncRNA
Large untranslated RNAs control gene activity and have a role in cancer, affecting tumoral expansion, dispersal, and resistance to treatment.
Microfluidic Device
Microfluidic device manipulates small fluid volumes through tiny channels, enabling precise control and analysis in biological, chemical, and medical applications.
